1. Please carefully choose a puppy that best suits you and/or your family. Our store contains a short description of each puppy, its sex, price as well as pictures.
2. Proceed to notify us about your chosen puppy via “Buy This Puppy” Button beneath the Puppy Image. Your Puppy Purchase will be processed via mail or phone by our sales team.
3. Once the purchase has been completed and verified by us, we will reserve the puppy under the purchaser’s name. You will then receive an agreement to sign via e-mail. This agreement must be signed within 24 hours.
4. If a deposit is made on a Puppy, the remaining balance becomes due in seven (7) calendar days. If the remaining balance is not made, the puppy will become available to other customers and the deposit will be forfeited.
5. Once all payments are made, you will be contacted by our transport department 24H before the expected date of delivery. If you are not contacted 24 Hours prior to the departure date, please contact our booking team at email@example.com.
6. A health guarantee along with a care guide will be sent to your email prior to the arrival of the puppy. This must be signed before the puppy can be delivered.
7. Please take a note that there will be $50/day hotel fee from the day of deposit if a cancellation takes place. If the flight has been booked, the booking fee will not be reimbursed.
8. Please make sure to submit the order with accurate billing and shipping information. Please include country code as well if purchasing from outside of United States.
9. In case billing and shipping information is different, the person paying for the order is considered the rightful owner and not a receiver.
10. Please do NOT use a PO BOX as an address. Physical address must be provided.
